CentraState Healthcare System is seeking a Clinical Leader for the Medical/Surgical (ACE) 3-North unit in Freehold, NJ. You will coordinate culturally sensitive care from pre-admission through post-discharge, manage resources for optimal outcomes, and support staff with evidence-based nursing practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Master's Degree in Nursing required or must obtain within three years from date of hire.
• Two years of Nursing experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• NJ RN License required.
• CPR Certification required.
• ACLS Certification to be achieved within first year.
• Basic Dysrhythmia certification within first year.
• CSMC IV Certification to be achieved within first year.
• Certification in specialty preferred.
• Strong professional, organizational and interpersonal skills to effectively relate with all members of the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Department Head in ongoing efforts to improve patient care and services.
• Provides respectful care focused on patients' individual needs.
• Affirms patients' rights to decisions about care, within legal limits.
