Job summary

The RN role supports physicians, administers medications, and educates patients and families, while supervising LPNs and nursing assistants to ensure safe, patient-centered care.

ACLS and BLS certification are required, and an accredited RN program (ADN/ Diploma/ BSN) is essential.

Qualifications

• Accredited RN program completion (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
• BLS and ACLS required.
• No experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care per the nursing process.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and blood as ordered.
• Supervise LPNs and nursing assistants; communicate condition changes clearly.
• Apply critical thinking to recognize and respond to significant changes.
