Job summary

Sentrus is seeking a Nurse Case Management – Trainer to join the Operations Support team. The Trainer will lead nursing education related to case management, design and deliver in-services, and act as the primary resource for onboarding and ongoing staff development.

You will monitor progress, provide evaluations with coaching and feedback, maintain training records, and ensure quality of the case management workflow.

Qualifications

• Active RN or BSN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing and case management experience.
• Experience in designing and delivering training and evaluating learners.

Responsibilities

• Act as initial point of contact for new hire questions.
• Act as general resource for nursing and case management personnel.
• Communicate and present training materials to staff.
• Assess learning needs and identify knowledge gaps.
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, and evaluation results.
• Design and deliver in-services for staff.
• Monitor quality of case management workflow.

Duties: The Nurse Case Management – Trainer (“Trainer”) is an integral member of Sentrus’ Operations Support department. The Trainer will play a key role in nursing education as it relates to case management. The Trainer will be accountable for leading training, monitoring progress, and providing evaluations to include coaching and feedback.
