Job summary

UF Health Central Florida is seeking a Case Manager to assess patient and family scenarios for clinical appropriateness and to establish plans for effective care management. The role requires nursing skills, collaboration with the care team, and focus on quality, utilization, cost and patient satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor degree, RN licensure in Florida, and experience in case management with CCM certification preferred.

• Bachelor degree required.
• Diploma/Associates Degree in Nursing preferred.
• CCM certification preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
