Meridian Senior Living in New York is hiring a Wellness Coordinator (LPN/RN) to support Resident Services under the Wellness Director. The role ensures coordination and supervision of personal care and medication services on a daily basis.

You will supervise staff, train team members, monitor health conditions, and develop systems to deliver safe, compassionate care while meeting state regulations. A valid LPN or RN license and prior supervisory experience in assisted living or a nursing home

Qualifikationen

• Must be a LPN or RN in good standing.
• 3+ years in Assisted Living or Nursing Home.
• Knowledge of State/local rules for licensed senior housing.
