Meridian Senior Living in Orlando, FL is seeking a Wellness Coordinator – LPN to supervise resident care, coordinate personal care and medication services, and lead staff training under the Wellness Director.

The ideal candidate is an LPN in good standing with 3+ years in assisted living or nursing homes, strong knowledge of state rules, excellent organizational and documentation skills, and the ability to develop efficient care systems while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• LPN in good standing and licensed to practice.
• 3+ years in Assisted Living and/or Nursing Home.
• Knowledge of state/local rules and regulations for licensed senior housing.
• Previous supervisory/management experience in healthcare.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day resident care operations under Wellness Director.
