Are you an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for leadership and care coordination? Reporting directly to the Manager of Case Management, you'll oversee the daily operations of the Case Management department, ensuring high-quality care, operational excellence, and a supportive environment where team members can thrive.

What You’ll Do

As the Supervisor of Case Management, you will:
