Job summary

HCA Florida Fort Walton-Destin Hospital is seeking a Manager of Case Management to oversee daily operations, staffing, and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care in our unit. You will guide care coordination, resource management, and staff development in a busy hospital setting.

The Manager monitors nursing care, enforces policies, and drives performance against quality metrics to meet our facility goals, while supporting colleagues and patients alike.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required.
• 5+ years of applicable experience required.
• Current RN license in the state of practice and/or an active compact license; BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily function and staffing of the unit/department to ensure high quality, patient-centered care.
• Monitor and evaluate nursing care in accordance with policies/procedures; hold staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes.
