Job summary

HCA Florida Fort Walton-Destin Hospital is seeking a Manager of Case Management to oversee daily operations, staffing, and ensure high quality, patient-centered care. You will coordinate care across the unit/department, align with policies, and drive outcomes in support of the facility's objectives.

Requires an RN license in Florida (or compact), Associate Degree or RN Diploma, Bachelor's preferred, and at least 5 years of relevant experience, plus BLS.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• 5+ years of applicable experience required.
• Current licensed as a registered professional nurse in state of practice or active compact license.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of daily function and staffing.
• Monitor nursing care in accordance with policies and procedures and hold staff accountable for quality and outcomes.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure safe, effective, person-centered care and achievement of objectives.
