Job summary

Henry Ford Health in Michigan is seeking a Nurse Assistant to support patient care under RN supervision in a high-acuity setting near Macomb County. This role contributes to delivering safe, compassionate care in a busy hospital environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a Nurse Assistant program or enrollment in a nursing program with relevant coursework.
• Foreign trained and licensed RN without a Michigan RN license may apply.
• Medical Assistant program with or without experience also acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Perform specific patient care duties to meet safety and comfort needs.
• Provide input to assist the RN in planning and implementing patient care.
• Respond to emergent situations according to established procedures.
• Participate in continuing education to enhance skills and knowledge.
