Job summary

The Assistant Nurse Manager – Neurology at BJC HealthCare leads daily operations of a neurology inpatient unit, ensuring safe, high-quality care and an excellent patient experience. Reporting to the Nurse Manager, you provide frontline nursing leadership and coordinate staffing, resources, and patient flow.

You will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, mentor and develop staff, and advance quality, safety, and evidence-based practice in line with BJC’s mission.
