Job summary

ProMedica’s Nurse Apprenticeship program offers a structured path to enhance nursing knowledge through one-on-one preceptorship. You will participate in patient rounds and perform treatments or IVs under direct supervision, coordinating with your preceptor on priorities.

You will align with educational validation, while collaborating on plans of care and patient education. This role is a per diem, variable shift opportunity designed to build confidence in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in accredited nursing program and successful completion of first clinical semester.
• Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) completed within orientation period.

Responsibilities

• Participate in patient rounds and work closely with your precepting RN.
• Follow educational validation and perform treatments or IVs under the supervision of your preceptor.
