Job summary

ProMedica Toledo Hospital, Obstetrics LDRP, nights, 36 hours per week, seeks a dedicated RN to provide patient-centered care and coordinate the plan of care for patients and families. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to assess needs, implement care, and evaluate outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds an Ohio RN license, current CPR certification, and completes 24 contact hours of CE during licensure; a BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR training.
• Twenty-four contact hours of continuing education during licensure period; at least 1 hour related to the Ohio nurse practice code and rules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care plans with patients, families and the care team.
• Assess, diagnose, and formulate nursing plans; implement and evaluate care.
