Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise is looking to hire a Nurse Apprentice to join our nursing team. We are hiring PRN for day and night shifts across several departments, with a focus on adaptability and learning in a patient‑centered environment.

The ideal candidate is a team player and committed to growth, with CNA experience preferred and BLS certification at hire. This role supports clinical staff with administrative tasks and direct patient care under supervision.

Qualifications

• Maintain a current Nurse Apprentice application on file with the Idaho State Board.
• Basic Life Support certification required at hire in all units.
• Six months CNA experience in an acute care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support clinical staff at the unit level with clerical, receptionist and patient services.
• Provide nursing care services and related non-professional tasks under supervision of licensed nursing staff.
