Job summary
Hackensack Meridian Health is offering the Nurses Practicing in an Immersive Readiness Environment (NSPIRE) program for new graduates preparing for NCLEX. The Nurse Apprentice will undergo a twelve-week practice immersion and then transition to a twelve-month nurse residency, with limited patient interaction and supervised clinical experiences across acute care settings.

Qualifications
- Graduate of Associate Degree or BSN program with GPA minimum 3.0.
Responsibilities
- Attend skill labs and simulation labs, equipment exposure and immersion opportunities in clinical departments.
- Synthesize assessments focusing on physiologic, psychosocial, and cognitive status.
- Learn safety principles and high reliability organization concepts through immersion experiences.
- Participate in other duties and projects as assigned.
