The role combines program coordination with instructional delivery across Reynolds and partner sites, aiming to prepare students for nursing and healthcare careers through non-credit and credentialed training. The incumbent will develop curricula, oversee adjunct instructors, and ensure high-quality classroom, lab, clinical, and online instruction, while coordinating with industry

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver non-credit workforce and certification training.
• Develop and update Nurse Aide Education Program curriculum.
• Lead quality assurance reviews of certification programs and maintain equipment.
• Mentor, coordinate, and evaluate adjunct instructors to ensure quality teaching.
• Teach in classroom, lab, clinical and online environments at Reynolds and partner sites.
