Job summary

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and care for residents.
• Prior experience in skilled nursing is a plus.
• Able to communicate with residents, families, and team members.
• Basic reading/writing in English.
• Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn company apps.

Responsibilities

• Assist with direct resident/patient care as directed by the instructor and care plans.
• Support with hygiene, bathing, dressing, room cleanliness.
• Complete assignments and hands-on learning activities.
• Attend orientation and on-the-job trainings.
• Provide safe bedside care with integrity and compassion.
• Communicate effectively with residents and nursing team.
• Accompany residents to activities and functions as needed.
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely.
• Build relationships with patients, families, and staff.
• Comply with HIPAA when handling protected health information.
• Study and take the state CNA exam.
