Diversicare is seeking entry-level caregiving enthusiasts in North Carolina to join our team as you train to become a Certified Nursing Assistant. You will assist residents with daily care under supervision, join classroom learning and on-the-job trainings, and contribute to a warm, safe environment.

Ideal candidates are eager to learn, communicate well with residents and families, and have basic English and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and a passion for resident care.
• Ability to communicate positively with residents, families and staff.
• Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use company applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with direct resident care under supervision.
• Support with daily living activities and comforts.
• Complete assignments and participate in training activities.
• Attend orientation and on-the-job trainings.
