Job summary

REGENCY IHS CLINICAL CONSULTING LLC seeks a Nurse Aide in Training to provide compassionate daily resident care under supervision. You will participate in paid on-the-job training and may qualify for education assistance to become a Certified Nurse Aide.

Before training, you’ll work as a Hospitality Aide to learn routines and the facility’s standards. The role emphasizes comfort, safety, and compassionate service.

Qualifications

• Good customer service as a baseline for eligibility
• Strong communication skills are required to interact with residents and staff
• High School Diploma or GED is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with comfort and safety and report any situations affecting safety
• Assist with activities of daily living per resident care plans
• Log care provided into the Electronic Medical Records system
• Measure and record vital signs and observe changes in residents’ conditions
• Answer call lights promptly and assist as needed
• Perform non-clinical duties during Hospitality Aide period to assess fit for Nurse Aide Training
