Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, feeding, dressing, monitoring intake and care tasks.
• Log care into the EMR system and record vital signs.
• Observe and report symptoms or changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain care equipment and supplies, assist with mobility and transfers.
• Answer call lights promptly and respond to resident needs.
