REGENCY IHS CLINICAL CONSULTING LLC is offering a Nurse Aide in Training program that combines online and floor training. Employees who demonstrate reliability, customer service, and teamwork become eligible for zero-cost Education Assistance to become a Certified Nurse Aide.

Before starting the Nurse Aide class, you will work as a Hospitality Aide for at least two weeks to acclimate to the facility and duties. High school diploma or GED is preferred, with prior caregiver experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and reliability are required.
• Team player with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to log and communicate resident information accurately.
• Basic communication skills and willingness to learn CNA duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with comfort and safety; report incidents to nursing staff.
• Assist with activities of daily living per care plan.
• Log care provided into the Electronic Medical Records system.
• Measure and record vital signs.
• Assist ambulatory residents and transfers as needed.
• Follow safety and care policies and use equipment properly.
