Role of Nurse Aide

• Participate in and receive resident reports at the start and end of each shift.
• Monitor resident requests and needs with dignity and respect.
• Maintain a clean and pleasant environment for residents.
• Assist in preparing residents for activities inside and outside the center.
• Perform basic nursing care procedures as required.
• Create a safe, comfortable, and clean environment to meet residents' needs.
• Meet residents' food service needs in a timely and compassionate manner.
• Follow departmental, center, and corporate policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Attend training, educational classes, and orientation programs to improve quality of care.
• Perform other related activities as assigned.
