Qualifications & Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent

As a Nurse Aide, You Will

• Participate in and receive resident reports at the start and end of each shift
• Monitor resident requests and needs with dignity and respect
• Maintain a clean and pleasant environment for residents
• Assist in preparing residents for activities both inside and outside the center
• Perform basic nursing care procedures as required
• Create a safe, comfortable, and clean environment for residents, ensuring their needs are met
• Meet residents' food service needs promptly and compassionately
• Adhere to departmental, center, and corporate policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Attend scheduled training, educational classes, and orientation programs to improve quality of care
• Perform other related activities as assigned
