Qualifications & Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent

As a Nurse Aide, You Will

• Participate in and receive resident reports at the start and end of shifts
• Monitor resident requests and needs respectfully and with dignity
• Maintain a clean and pleasant environment for residents
• Assist in preparing residents for activities within and outside the center
• Perform basic nursing care procedures as required
• Create a safe, comfortable, and clean environment for residents
• Meet residents' food service needs promptly and compassionately
• Follow departmental, center, and corporate policies, quality improvement programs, safety, environmental, and infection control standards
• Attend scheduled training, educational classes, and orientation programs to improve care quality
• Perform other related activities as assigned or requested
