Job summary

Qualifications
- Must have or be pursuing CNA certification.
- Proficiency in English for effective communication with residents and team.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Current Nurse Aide certification from an accredited program.
- TB clearance completed; background checks and drug screening clearance.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily activities, grooming, bathing, and mobility.
- Communicate changes to residents' conditions to the licensed nurse.
- Maintain safety, hygiene, and infection control guidelines.
- Accurately document care provided and report issues promptly.
