Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services - O’ahu is seeking warm, dependable Nurse Aides (NAs) and CNAs to help seniors stay independent at home across O’ahu. Flexible hours, weekly pay, and a supportive team.

You will assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and medication reminders, provide companionship, and help with mobility and transportation to appointments around the island. Hawaii NA/CNA certification is required; strong communication, reliability, and compassion are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Hold a current NA or CNA certification in Hawaii.
• Senior care experience is a plus, not a must.
• Excellent communication and reliability.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable with lifting and mobility assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and medication reminders.
• Provide companionship and a comforting presence to clients.
• Monitor health/mood changes and report to supervisor when needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and healthcare professionals on each client’s plan of care.
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, and island activities.
