Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services - O'ahu is hiring Nurse Aides and CNAs to support seniors staying in their homes on O'ahu, HI. Roles offer both part-time and full-time options with weekly pay and flexible hours designed to fit your life.

You will assist with daily care, provide companionship, monitor changes in health, collaborate with healthcare teams, and assist with transportation to appointments and errands. Training is provided to get you started.

Qualifications

• Hold a current NA or CNA certification in Hawaii.
• Senior care experience is a plus, not a must.
• Communicate clearly and work well solo or on a team.
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable with hands-on lifting and mobility support.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and medication reminders.
• Be a friendly face and a source of comfort and companionship.
• Notice the small changes in health or mood — and speak up when it matters.
• Team up with fellow caregivers and healthcare professionals on each client's care.
• Drive clients to appointments, errands, and outings around the island.
