Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services - O'ahu is seeking warm, dependable Nurse Aides (NAs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to support seniors in their homes across O'ahu. Responsibilities include helping with bathing, grooming, dressing, medication reminders, driving clients to appointments, and coordinating with a care team for each client's needs.

We offer flexible hours and weekly pay. We provide hands-on training, room to grow within the company, and a genuinely inclusive

Qualifications

• Hold a current NA or CNA certification in Hawaii.
• Senior care experience is a plus, not a must.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing and medication reminders.
• Provide companionship and a friendly, supportive presence.
• Notice health or mood changes and communicate when needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and healthcare professionals on each client’s care.
• Drive clients to appointments and local errands around the island.

• Drive clients to appointments, errands, and outings around the island

You'd Be a Great Fit If You...

• Hold a current NA or CNA certification in Hawaii
• Have a heart for helping others (senior care experience is a plus, not a must)
• Communicate clearly and work well solo or as part of a team
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Are comfortable with hands-on lifting and mobility support
