Always Best Care Senior Services - O'ahu is seeking warm, dependable Nurse Aides (NAs) and CNAs to help seniors stay independent at home on O'ahu. We offer part-time or full-time roles with flexible hours and weekly pay.

You’ll provide compassionate care, assist with daily activities, and accompany clients to appointments around the island. Ideal candidates hold a Hawaii NA/CNA certification, enjoy helping others, and communicate clearly.

Qualifications

• Hold a current NA or CNA certification in Hawaii.
• Have a heart for helping others; senior care experience is a plus, not a must.
• Communicate clearly and work well solo or as part of a team.
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Are comfortable with hands-on lifting and mobility support.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and medication reminders
• Be a friendly face and a source of comfort and companionship
• Notice the small changes in health or mood — and speak up when it matters
• Team up with fellow caregivers and healthcare professionals on each client's care
• Drive clients to appointments, errands, and outings around the island
