Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services - O'ahu is seeking warm Nurse Aides (NAs) and CNAs to support seniors in their homes on O'ahu, including Manoa. Whether part-time or full-time, join a team that values compassion, stability, and weekly pay.

Flexible hours help you balance life and work while delivering essential care. You will assist with daily activities, monitor health changes, and coordinate with other caregivers.

Qualifications

• Hold a current NA or CNA certification in Hawaii.
• Caregiving experience is a plus, not a must.
• Strong communication and reliability are essential.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation required.
• Comfort with hands-on lifting and mobility support.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and medication reminders.
• Be a friendly face and source of comfort and companionship.
• Notice health or mood changes and speak up when necessary.
• Collaborate with caregivers and healthcare professionals on each client’s care.
• Drive clients to appointments, errands, and island activities.
