Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services - O'ahu is seeking warm, dependable Nurse Aides (NAs) and CNAs to support seniors in their own homes on O'ahu. Competitive pay and weekly deposits with flexible hours help you balance life and work while making a real difference in people’s lives.

Responsibilities include personal care, companionship, and health monitoring, plus transportation to appointments around the island.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current NA or CNA certification in Hawaii.
• Prior senior care experience is a plus, not required.
• Excellent communication and ability to work solo or in a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfort with hands-on lifting and mobility assistance.

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and medication reminders.
• Provide companionship and support to help seniors stay independent.
• Observe changes in health or mood and report them to the team.
• Collaborate with caregivers and health professionals on each client’s plan of care.
• Drive clients to appointments, errands, and community activities around the island.

• Drive clients to appointments, errands, and outings around the island

You'd Be a Great Fit If You...

• Hold a current NA or CNA certification in Hawaii
• Have a heart for helping others (senior care experience is a plus, not a must)
