Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services - O'ahu is hiring Nurse Aides (NAs) and CNAs to support seniors in their homes on O’ahu. The role offers part-time or full-time options with weekly pay and flexible hours, making it easier to balance personal commitments with meaningful caregiving.

You will assist with daily activities, provide companionship, and help maintain independence while driving clients to appointments and activities around the island.

Qualifications

• Hold a current NA or CNA certification in Hawaii.
• Demonstrate a caring attitude and reliability.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Comfort with assisting with lifting and mobility tasks.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and medication reminders.
• Provide companionship and a friendly, supportive presence.
• Notice health or mood changes and report as needed.
• Collaborate with other caregivers and healthcare professionals.
• Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and island activities.

• Drive clients to appointments, errands, and outings around the island

You'd Be a Great Fit If You...

• Hold a current NA or CNA certification in Hawaii
• Have a heart for helping others (senior care experience is a plus, not a must)
• Communicate clearly and work well solo or as part of a team
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
