Zusammenfassung

Ohana Pacific Health is seeking dedicated Nurse Aides (CNA) to support residents at Hale Makua Health Services in Maui. You will provide personal and restorative care, assist with activities of daily living, and help orient new residents to the unit and facility.

Position requires Hawaii CNA training, high school equivalency, and a Prometric exam within 120 days. TB clearance and health review are also required, with accommodations available if needed.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completed State of Hawaii Nurse Aide Training Program is required.
• Scheduled Prometric exam within 120 days of hire.
• Current and valid 2 Step TB clearance and health review (can be done in-house).

Aufgaben

• Ohana Nurse Aides (TNAs) orient residents to the unit and facility: Bathroom, call system, shower schedule, and lanai/common areas; introduces to residents at table; informs of meal schedule and snack times; and informs of activity calendar and where activities are held.
• Nurse Aides (TNAs) respond to resident calls, call bells, call lights, alarms immediately. Responds to family requests immediately. Informs Charge Nurse when required.

The Position
