Job summary

Qualifications

• RN leadership and supervision experience is preferred.
• Critical care experience is desirable.
• Certification in CPR/BLS/ACLS is required or preferred as noted.

Responsibilities

• Supervises nursing personnel and operations, and rounds regularly.
• Manages bed placement, throughput, and transfers.
• Oversees discharge planning and care coordination across departments.
• Ensures compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
