Responsibilities

• Oversees nursing operations to align with the organization’s mission, vision, values and priorities.
• Conducts face-to-face evaluations for admissions and collaborates to obtain admission orders.
• Supports admissions with safety-focused interventions and ensures comprehensive nursing assessments.
• Develops Nursing Care Plans to guide individualized patient care.
• Collaborates with medical staff to review patient needs and coordinate interventions.
• Performs medication management, MAR audits, and ensures regulatory compliance and documentation.
