Harborview Health Systems in Georgia is seeking a PRN LPN Medication Nurse to provide medication administration and related treatments in a skilled nursing setting.

You will monitor residents, document care, support daily living activities, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team while maintaining infection control and safety standards.

Active LPN license in good standing is required; prior long-term care experience is preferred. This role offers per diem shifts and competitive benefits.

What You Must Have

• Active LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
