Job summary

Harborview Health Systems is seeking a dedicated LPN to provide skilled nursing care in a way that supports residents and staff. You will administer medications, monitor conditions, and document thoroughly while collaborating with the care team to ensure safety and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing in the state of practice (Georgia).
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver medications and treatments while supervising Medication Aids where applicable.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety and continuity of care.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Maintain clear, timely documentation.
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and families.
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards.

What You Will Do

• Deliver medications and treatments along with supervision of Medication Aids where applicable

• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.

• Support activities of daily living

• Maintain clear, timely documentation

• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families

• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect your residents and your teammates.

• Other duties as assigned

What You Must Have

• Active LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.

• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required—we’ll invest in the right heart and mindset.
