Job summary

Harborview Health Systems in Mount Airy, NC seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve as Charge Nurse. You will oversee meds and treatments, supervise aides, and provide compassionate resident care in a faith-based environment.

• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.
• Support activities of daily living
• Maintain clear, timely documentation
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect your residents and your teammates.

What You Must Have
