Carlton Senior Living in Elk Grove, CA is seeking a part-time nurse to join our dedicated team. You will provide direct care and administer medications and treatments to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care, following physician orders and state regulations.

You will monitor health conditions, update care plans, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure compassionate, high-quality care while maintaining thorough shift documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old per Title 22 requirements.
• Current nursing license required; must be in good standing and free of disciplinary action.
• At least one year of experience preferred, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct care and administer medications and treatments to residents in Assisted Living and/or Memory Care, per physician orders and state regulations.
• Monitor residents health conditions, vital signs and behavior; document and communicate changes to physicians, families and team members promptly and accurately.
• Support the development and updates of residents Personal Service Plans, coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams and external providers.
• Perform medical tasks such as wound care, catheter care, oxygen administration, and injections as permitted by licensure and community standards.
• Supervise and monitor medication administration, including transcriptions, narcotic counts, and proper storage/disposal.
• Respond to emergencies, manage family and resident concerns professionally, and maintain shift documentation for quality and compliance.
• May assist residents with activities of daily living including continence care, showering, grooming, transfer and meal assistance.
• Support safety protocols, emergency plans, and elopement prevention practices.
• Foster a warm, collaborative atmosphere with residents, families, and team members.

What we are hiring for:

Schedule: Part- Time Open Availability | 10am-6pm

Pay Range: $30-$33

What You’ll Do:
