Job summary

Carlton Senior Living in Davis, CA is seeking a Medication Technician to support residents with medications and everyday care. You will work on a team to prepare and pass medications in various forms and help maintain organized medication storage.

You’ll communicate changes with management, physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and families, and assist with daily living activities as needed. This role values teamwork and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years or older per Title 22 requirements.
• Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required – we will train the right candidate!

Responsibilities

• Work on a team of Medication Technicians to assist residents with medication by preparing and passing medication in different forms.
• Organize and maintain Medication Storage.
• Communicate with management, physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and families regarding medication changes or missed doses.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including continence care, showering, grooming, transfers, and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in resident care plans to management.
• Document care accurately using company devices and follow individual care plans.
• Support safety protocols, emergency plans, and elopement prevention practices.
• Foster a warm, collaborative atmosphere with residents, families, and team members.

What we are hiring for:

Schedules: Flexible On-Call | PM Availability and Must be able to Work Holidays

Pay Range:

$17.00 - $18.00
