Job summary

Computer Services, Inc. (CSI) seeks an Implementation Specialist to support planning, installation, configuration, testing, conversion, and implementation of NuPoint core banking solutions. You will liaise with customers, vendors, and CSI teams to ensure on-time, quality deployments.

Responsibilities include data conversion, user setup, testing, training, go-live support, and post-conversion assistance. Travel 40–50% is required, with strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and project

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years IT/technical support or related experience.
• Associate degree or technical certification, trade-school education, or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to explain to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Customer-service mindset with relationship-building skills.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• General knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks.
• Experience installing, configuring, or supporting software; familiarity with FTP.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for implementation projects and coordinate activities.
• Communicate with bank leadership, end users, vendors, and CSI teams.
• Document requirements, risks, status, and recommendations.
• Coordinate data conversions, testing, and go-live activities.
• Install, configure, and support NuPoint software and related apps.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate to appropriate teams as needed.
• Travel 40–50% to customer sites for implementations.
