Job summary

Computer Services, Inc. (CSI) is seeking an Implementation Specialist to plan, install, configure, test, convert, and implement CSI’s NuPoint core banking solutions. You will liaise with customers, banks, vendors, and CSI teams to ensure on-schedule, high-satisfaction deployments.

The role blends customer-facing project coordination with hands-on technical work, including deployments, data conversions, training, and go-live activities.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in IT, technical support, implementation, or related roles.
• Associate degree or equivalent education or certification.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel about 40-50%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation activities, milestones, and customer expectations.
• Support data conversion, testing, and go-live activities.
• Install and configure NuPoint software and related apps.
• Provide troubleshooting and first-level issue triage during deployments.
• Deliver training and post-conversion support to customers.
