Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles seeks a manufacturing operator to operate and perform routine maintenance on production equipment in our Allen, TX facility. You will set up foil-numbering jobs, troubleshoot issues, and complete all required production paperwork while ensuring color and position accuracy.

Candidates should have up to 3 years in manufacturing, be detail-oriented, and capable of reading and writing to document forms. Flexible scheduling and plant-based work are required.

  • 0–3 years experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Must be extremely detail oriented and able to read/write and complete required paperwork.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and foil number jobs to customer requirements.
  • Maintain machines and troubleshoot issues.
  • Verify Seq #, PMS Colors, Foil Colors and position; complete production paperwork for all numbered cards.
  • Report issues to supervision and assist with other projects as needed.
  • Work in a manufacturing plant setting and be flexible for additional hours when necessary.

Role Summary

Operate and perform routine maintenance on machines.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Set up and foil number jobs to the requirements of the customer.Maintain their machines and trouble shoot issues.Operators are responsible for filling out all paperwork associated with the forms they number as well as being responsible for verifying Seq #, PMS Colors, Foil Colors and Position of the form they are working on. Production paperwork is also filled out for all cards numbered for data collection purposes.

OTHER FUNCTIONS

Report any issues to supervision in regards to machine issues.Trouble shoot/problem solve when cards will not number.Report any issues with Material they are given if something they cannot resolve on their own.

This position also performs other projects for the company as needed.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Must be able to Bend, Twist, and Stand for duration of Shift.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education/Experience:
  • Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Skills/Experience:
  • 0-3 yrs Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Proficiency in operating manufacturing machinery.
Skills/Knowledge:
  • Must be extremely detail oriented and be able read and write as well as understand and fill out all required paperwork.
Environment and Scheduling
  • Work is performed in a manufacturing plant setting.
  • Must be flexible and available to work additional hours when necessary.
