Role Summary

This position is the process where the plastic sheets are laminated with Foil prior to the sheets getting laminated with the backs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Being able to feed a thin plastic sheet individually and efficiently to the machine
  • Guarantee that the material coming out of the machine is clean and according to quality standards.
  • Check the material for problems or abnormalities and report them to their lead supervisor
  • Ability to work as a part of a team.
  • Basic machine comprehension will be necessary
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the machine.
OTHER FUNCTIONS
  • Knowledge of machine operational procedures.
  • Filling out paperwork and reports.
  • Being able to differentiate different types of materials used.
  • Being able to look efficiently for blemishes or abnormalities on the material.
  • Inspect and adjust machine as necessary.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
  • Being able to stand up for long periods of time
  • Being able to carry up to 40lbs

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
