Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a Pre-Press Retouching Operator to support imaging, color correction, and retouching of card images and designs. This role requires attention to detail and a strong background in imaging workflows within a fast-paced collectibles environment.

You will collaborate with photographers and designers to ensure color accuracy, alignment with press-ready standards, and consistent quality across projects.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in imaging and retouching operations.
  • Proficiency in imaging and retouching software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or other specialized color correction/retouching tools.
  • Strong knowledge of color theory and color management.
  • Strong organizational skills, communication abilities, and attention to detail.

Role Summary

The mandate of the Pre-Press team is to translate card designs to beautiful, error-free, and quality-checked forms that are ready for press. Fanatics Collectibles is looking for a Pre-Press Retouching Operator to support imaging, color correction and retouching of card images / designs in line with our Pre-Press team’s commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate is design-savvy and organized, exhibits strong attention to detail, and brings deep experience in imaging and retouching operations. Candidates with a passion for sports and entertainment will likely find themselves a strong cultural fit.

In this role, you will…

  • Ensure all images meet color accuracy and consistency requirements
  • Maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all visual materials (e.g., images, graphics) align with the highest standards of the business and meet the specific requirements of each project
