BUSH PRO LAWN CARE LLC in Mobile, AL is seeking a Lawn Care Crew Member with a clear path to Crew Leader. We train the right person and promote from within, offering advancement and leadership development in a family-owned business that values hard work and doing things right.

You’ll learn professional lawn maintenance, equipment operation and safety, shrub trimming, landscape upkeep, customer communication, time management, and crew leadership. Pay ranges $10–$15 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy working outdoors in heat, cold, humidity, and changing weather.
• Must be dependable and on time.
• Must be detail-oriented.
• Must be willing to work hard physically.
• Must have a positive attitude and desire to improve.
• Driver’s license is a plus.
