Sommer Lawn & Landscape in Overland Park, KS is seeking crew members to join our outdoor maintenance team. Join a growing small company and take part in mowing, edging, trimming, mulch installation, gutter cleaning, leaf removal, and seasonal yard cleanups.

The ideal candidates will be responsible for various outdoortasks that contribute to the maintenance and beautification ofresidential and business lawns. What Makes This Job Different:

We use a pay-for-performance system where you can earn up to 20% of the revenue you generate. Work efficiently, go home earlier, and make more per hour. Our top performers earn $25-35/hr. You are still guaranteed your base hourly rate at a minimum.

The Work

Mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing residential lawns in Johnson County (mostly North Overland Park, Prarie Villiage area)

Seasonal services: leaf removal, mulch, yard cleanups, and snow removal

Operating commercial stand-on mowers and other equipment (we train you)
