The Grounds Guys, a Neighborly Company, is seeking a reliable Lawn Maintenance Crew Member for full-time, year-round work outdoors on residential and commercial properties.

You will operate mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers, load and secure equipment, and follow safety procedures to meet daily route schedules. Dependability, physical stamina, and teamwork are essential.

Weekly pay, growth opportunities, and a supportive crew environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Lawn maintenance or landscaping experience preferred.
• Experience operating commercial zero-turn mowers preferred.
• Must be dependable and report to work on time.
• Must be able to work outdoors in hot and humid conditions.
• Must be able to perform physical labor throughout the workday.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds.
• Must work well with others and follow directions.
• Must take pride in quality and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record are a plus.
• Reliable transportation to and from work is required.

Responsibilities

• Mow residential and commercial properties using commercial zero-turn mowers.
• Operate string trimmers, edgers, and backpack blowers.
• Edge sidewalks, curbs, driveways, and landscape beds.
• Trim around trees, buildings, fences, and other obstacles.
• Blow off sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, and other hard surfaces.
• Perform basic shrub trimming and landscape maintenance.
• Load, unload, and properly secure equipment.
• Keep trucks, trailers, and equipment clean and organized.
• Perform a final walk-through of properties to ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow company safety procedures and crew leader instructions.
• Help the crew complete the scheduled route each day.

Lawn Maintenance Crew Member – Full-Time

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Lawn Maintenance Crew Member to join our team. This is a full-time, year-round position for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors, and wants to be part of a professional lawn and landscape company.

Pay: $14.00–$18.00 per hour, depending on experience and ability.

Job Responsibilities

• Mow residential and commercial properties using commercial zero-turn mowers


• Operate string trimmers, edgers, and backpack blowers


• Edge sidewalks, curbs, driveways, and landscape beds


• Trim around trees, buildings, fences, and other obstacles
