Job summary

KBR is seeking a Project/Program Manager in Albuquerque, NM to support the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center. Active DoD TS/SCI, SAP Eligible clearance is required.

Coordinate cost, schedule, and performance across Nuclear Systems Integration Division branches, including TKA and weapons integration efforts. Provide management support for contracts, budgets, and strategic planning within a secure, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Active DoD TS/SCI, SAP Eligible clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or management preferred.
• 5–10 years of project management experience in the DoD, or related organization.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Superior collaboration and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a secure, confined location and travel 0–20%.

Responsibilities

• Assist planning, execution, and management of program cost, schedule, and performance.
• Support acquisition strategy and planning for contracts.
• Conduct market research and develop cost estimates.
• Develop and maintain system specifications and traceability.
• Plan and execute tests and evaluations for weapon systems.
