Responsibilities

• Oversee Operations training programs following SAT principles
• Evaluate instructor performance and provide coaching/mentoring
• Develop personnel through professional development
• Support Institute of Nuclear Power Operations evaluations and assist visits
• Engage in industry participation relevant to training programs
• Support NRC evaluations and inspections
• Assist with Emergency Response Organization activities
• Provide outage support and Budget management assistance
